It's album or EP/LP. And album or EP/LP can exist on different formats, such as CDs, cassettes, or vinyls.

Although, admittedly, I don't know the present slang for this shitty-sounding digital music trend.

I'm the one who took an upper-level course in Shakespeare, not her. (Yeah, yeah, she had the lit degree, though.)

One could just as easily argue that Sabbath only existed because of Elvis, and so on and so forth.
