Hey everyone!! Figured Id finally get these pics up, even though the routine didnt turn out as well as planned. I shouldnt have jumped from 335 straight to 400, but Ill fix that next time. Keep in mind the failures with 400 were photographed right at my failure, thus the reason the spotter's hands are around the bar. On the one rep max Ill get a powerlifting style spot, hands hovering, but never touching the bar, unless I give the signal. Gives me somewhat of a mental edge. Heres the routine and pics:
