The Beast's Benching Pics And Extras

Hey everyone!! Figured Id finally get these pics up, even though the routine didnt turn out as well as planned. I shouldnt have jumped from 335 straight to 400, but Ill fix that next time. Keep in mind the failures with 400 were photographed right at my failure, thus the reason the spotter's hands are around the bar. On the one rep max Ill get a powerlifting style spot, hands hovering, but never touching the bar, unless I give the signal. Gives me somewhat of a mental edge. Heres the routine and pics:

I didnt get a picture for every set, but most of them after my 275lb warm-up set. Sets of speed bench last about 3 seconds so its hard to take pics of and it would be a blur. Here are the pics of the main sets:

ThanX alot brother!! Im sure itll be soon, wouldve been nice to have the pics though! Im looking more towards video these days however. Pictures never tell the whole story. The next little project should be footage of one of my back routines. Have to pick up the battery, have the camera! ThanX for fuckin viewing my pics and taking interest brother!! Thats what makes it worthwhile! KILL THAT SHIT!!

Since hes started training with me the last 3 years hes made incredible increases. He was 155 not even benching 315 and is now 185-195 benching 455 and continually increasing. He hit 450 and 455 just today alone. Hell be at 500 raw soon enough, Im sure. Natural. Just more inspiration that DRIVES me to KILL THAT SHIT!!
