The Battle Is Finally Over

My father died today at 3:10pm, I know it doesn’t belong here , but every one I know goes to the Anabolic board. My father was a power lifter back in the 1962-1975 after that he started to raise the family. He been going to dialysis from 1989-1995 then he had a transplant after a couple of month he got sick again. And he stayed at the dialysis from 1996 to 2003, my father only had sufferance ‘til, now last February he stayed in the hospital for 6 month, every week he needed a operation… After that we wasn’t the same, He told me to try to get the strongest I can and never stop training because when you’re my age you’ll lose a lot of it, He was always telling me” Look at this I can’t even lift the fork off the table” or “ Look at this I can’t even lift…" He told me to live my life without regret ,live one day at a time, live life to the fullest and never stop training.

Thanx I really needed to take that off my chest.

MOD feel free to move or delete, just let me know , ok
