He told me to try to get the strongest I can and never stop training because when you’re my age you’ll lose a lot of it

Wise words from a wise man. Our training conditions both our mind and bodies.

My thoughts go out to you and your family..

Those are definitely some wise and touching words ..

I am sorry for your loss King, but I believe he is happier now...

I just wanted to say thanx again to all of you guy's, I really appreciated this coming from all of you. I know I don’t post as much as I want, because I have difficulty with my English. I just take the board as my family. I’m just glad I had the chance to make friends and this is the best Body building board on the net. The Iron Game was always a big part of my family, When my father was 18 he weight at 245lbs (he was a power lifter) he had a big bench , clean, and military press. Is squat was on the low side. My cousin was the same age as my fater died when he was 17,( he was around 215) he was a big part of my dad training, He was the first Bodybuilder in my town. Now today generation, there only 2 of my cussing and me. I remember my dad bought me my first set of weight at the age of 6. I kinda love those day’s.

Thanx again

tri~zilla- If you need to talk don’t be shy, at the end my father was kinda like that, it hurt to see them that way…
