1. My lower back was aching, still aching this morning.
2. Had not had a chest workout in about 12 days, so had to get back into it..
3. Had best back workout ever on monday, and lats are used heavily during chest day..

1 cup of green tea
2 scoops of jack3d
50mg dbol pre workout

OMG I almost blacked out on squats..
Couldnt even squat 365 today I was so stimmed and my resting heart rate felt like it is 120 at least lol.. Hell I am still too stimmed, and I feel clammy and cold and nervous and fuck ephedra!! I am never taking offered pills again lol..


Good thing came today though, my sarm s4, thanks to a special someone!


Anyway, here is my leg lift:

I am stacking both for PCT in conjunction with forma stanzol, TCF-1, HCGenerate, clomid, nolva... What else should I add to PCT?

I asked what it was and he wouldnt say.

I drank it and it tasted decent..
Any ways.. 30mins later and my heart is beating at 120 beats per minute or more.. It still is even now.. That stupid mother fucker!!!! 2 hours later, I was like WTF Dad, did you give me clen and he said yup..

Also I am stacking the 2 sarms because one is androgenic and one is purely anabolic. It makes for a killer combo..

Took 2 need2slin with lunch
Took 2 HCGenerate with lunch
Took 1 acnetame with breakfast and lunch
Took 1 50mg dbol with breakfast
Dosed 4 pumps forma stanzol with breakfast

I have used testem (same thing). I used alone. At the time I was partying hard so my test levels were propably low due to no sleep. It helped me stay pumped, due to not taking care of myself.

how do you find those upright rows on your shoulders man?

id love to do them, but they dont feel good for me!

Believe it or not, the joints in my shoulders feel much better on the upright rows, and that was a light day.. My wrist is what hurts when I do those... I know they are great for your outer delts; after a set, they just pop out better than lateral raises.. And it is all in grip. If you grip less than shoulder width, you hit traps, but if you grip outside shoulder width, you hit outer delts.

even when i do the movement with a light weight my shoulder crunches and i feel a weird pain.... :evil:

tried DB's and the EZ curl bar and still doesnt feel right

did them for 4 weeks on my first cycle and my delts and traps exploded!

but my shoulders are stiff and a little sore all the time. deca worked magic on them>

for anyone reading this, what gamer is talking about with the grip for upright rows, (wide to hit delts and narrow for traps) its great information.

Well, I transitioned over to Test-d last night, injected 600mg. It was homebrew and I was scared it was gonna hurt. Well it is the morning now and it does not hurt :)
