The All Natural PEANUT BUTTER DIET! by Mr.X

Ok After reading this topic Ive just gained a huge amount of interest in this diet..question - for my lunch at school would I be able to maybe eat a PB sandwich to make up for the fact that i dont really want to take the jar with me? Im guessing it might add to much in carbs but on the other hand I cant just starve in school you know...any kind of fill ins for that?

Anyone know any good sites were you can buy ANPB over internet.
They must shipp to european countries , esp. sweden.

Can you eat whatever type of protein you like?
Like tunafish and chicken?
I not a very big fan of proteinpowder.

I'm interested in the creatine topic also.

Also it was brought up before, but when do you start redoing your calculations? Say you dropped 20 lbs, wouldn't your intake have to change also?

My personal opinion would be no since I would think it would be healthier, I too prefer just the plain stuff without the salt and thats what I've been eating.

I've went and bought the multi-vitamens and i get
vit a= 10,000iu
vit c= 90mg
vit e= 25iu
vit d= 400iu
calcium= 175mg
Now when i go a buy the seperate vitamens how much should they have????

***Nevermind it gonna cost way too much for me with protein costs to go on this diet

I think it was recalculated every week, if I remeber correctly.
Down 23 lbs since Feb 3 and don't plan on stopping for awhile.

Here's What you should use!!!

And you can make a lot of money to pay for your other habits such as training!

i thought i'd try this diet out.. i'm on my first day and just now relized that i will be getting too many cals. my protein shake (Nature's best perfect zero carb isopure) has 200 cals and 50g of pro per serving. This diet says i need 3705 cals, 28 tablespoons of anpb, and 232g of pro per day. (i weigh 325, 6' tall, 20yld)
with everything added up i would get a total of
200(shake cals)x 6 meals = 1200 + (entire jar of anpb (28 tbs)) 2520 = 4140 total cals
50(shake pro)x 6 meals = 300 + (entire jar of anpb) 48 = 348 total pro
that much pro is great but too many cals. need alittle advice to get that down
(along with this diet i'm doing 25mins of cardo twice a day for 4 days a week so not sure i should be worring extra cals since all the cardo)

Protien = powder only. You only need 38.7g per each meal, not the whole 50g of your shake. This will drop your calories closer to 3705.
Hope this will help some.

Later

correction entire jar of anpb is 2940 not 2520 but the 4140 was correct
i see your point empire
each scoop of pro shake is 25 pro and 100 cals so if i had 1.5 scoops for 6 meals that would be 225 pro and 900 cals
1.5 = 37.5 pro 37.5x6=225 7 pro under goal
1.5 = 150 cal 150x6=900 + 2940 (anpb cals) = 3840 total cals 135 over goal

close enough i'd say

Sounds good to me.
I know I haven't been exact on the calories and it's worked for me. Down 27# since Feb 3.

Good luck,
Empire

That vitamin profile resembles my mom's Centrum. I have Walgreen's generic Megaman. Shouldn't 2 tablets a day cover my vitamin needs? Besides the calcium of course.

on my 5th day of this diet and i have to say it was the worst. had the runs all day.. spent half the day in the bathroom probably.. i'm going to stick with it a few more days but if its same as today i might go back to my real food diet.. haven't seen any weight loss either. maybe because all the cals.. my normal diet only has 1500 - 2000 cals

Would this work if i make my own PB? like chuck a load of peanuts and a very small amount of water in a blender?

Can someone list out the nutrition facts from their jars of anpb?

The only ones I could find were Peanut Wonder Original:

Serving 2tbsp
cals 100
Fat 2.5
Carbs 13
Fiber 0
Sugar 2
Protein 4

Because this is 2bsp serving, I calculate 33 servings a day (that's nearly 3 jars!) but the carbs are way up to 200g!

Also, looking at Mr X's original post, his calcs are way off for the carbs. He states 17 servings of 5g carbs = 43g whereas it's really 17x5=85g.

Choose a different kind of Peanut butter. Smuckers is cheap and has:
PER 2TBSP serving:
16g fat
190 calories
6g Carb
8g Protein. Try that

I have decided to go off this diet after a week. it might sound good in theory but going though it is not easy. You get the runs all the time (I’m talking burning runs), consuming only vitamin, anpb, and protein shake all day everyday gets old fast. I did not loose any weight on this diet, I even had little fewer calories then required but it was only a week, my body might have been trying to get use to this diet. That’s my 2cents I’m going back to a real food diet

What is 4 Jars ANPB ?

Can someone tell me in words what this it. Please don't abbreviate the words.
I'm spanish, I don't understand most english.

What is 4 Jars ANPB ?

If it is so easily to find, I'm getting it, but I need to know what it is in order to incorporate it to my nutritional plan.

what about substituting PB for cottage cheese, or maybe even doing both throughout the day plus whey?

All Natural Peanut butter diet = peanut butter not cottage cheese, so stick to what the diet is designed with.

I am about 16% body fat, and 248 pounds, six feet tall. Would a carb refeed every 10 days be best for me? If not, How often should I shoot for?

I plan to cut for about 3 or 4 months, is that too long on the ANPB diet?

What should a cardio schedule be? AM cardio five days a week on an empty stomach? What should I eat post-workout?

How safe is a workout split like this:
Staying in the 12-14 rep range, 4 sets, 2-3 excercises per muscle (group)?

Monday: chest
shoulders
tri's

Wednesday: back
bi's

friday: Legs

Is it safe to recalculate my ANPB diet numbers every week? or should I recalculate them every two weeks, or more?

The All Natural Peanut Butter Diet! By: Mr.X
A 248lb person should consume 2827 calories consisting of 21 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter and an additional 177 grams of protein per day.

Six Meals Per Day:

Additional whey protein per meal: 29.5 grams*
Tablespoons of all natural peanut butter per meal: 3.5
*Note: This is the additional protein provided by the whey isolate, and does not reflect the protein provided by the all natural peanut butter.
During the refeed a 248lb person should consume 3720 calories consisting of 279 grams of protein, 558 grams of carbohydrates and 41 grams of fat per day.

Six Meals Per Day(Refeed):

Protein per meal: 46.5 grams
Carbohydrates per meal: 93 grams
Fat per meal: 6.8 grams
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Does that look correct?

Just started the diet this week

So far down about 8 pounds, but its got to be water. I had a little problems with energy the first couple days but its been getting better as my body adjusts.

BobbyJenious your avatar is killing me lol

Some things that i have found to work good.

The peanut butter goes down good when you put it on celery sticks(negative cals). You can make it more portable this way too if you do it right.

Syntrax nectar whey is probably the best i have found so far. 0 fat 0 carbs, low soduim and some nutrients. tastes amazing too. Im using the apple flavor. watch out for the very cherry berry flavor. it burns my throat for some reason.

I have been replacing protein with tuna sometimes. Divide a can by 2 and each half is 15 grams of protien, 0 fat 0 carbs. it’s a bit little more filling. Add things like lemon or vinegar to the tuna. Lemon would be better because its kindof a natural diuretic, vinegar may have some carbs. Adding pepper is also a good idea.

Will keep you posted on my progress. so far this looks promising.

I am just getting back into the game and this is the perfect diet for the time being because its so easy to follow.

I have cut down a little, but in general i stopped lifting for a couple of months and ate 'normally' over the winter and part of spring. Normally means eating anything :)

i'll update if my results are worth anything

I am going to start this diet effictively from monday.
Just got some questions -
Do I consume the whey protein I have with every meal?
How often should I work out in a day (any perticular times)?

It states in the calculator that I need to consume Six Meals Per Day:

Additional whey protein per meal: 16.8 grams*
Tablespoons of all natural peanut butter per meal: 2
During the refeed a 142lb person should consume 2130 calories consisting of 160 grams of protein, 320 grams of carbohydrates and 24 grams of fat per day.
(what is it meant by refeed?)

Six Meals Per Day(Refeed):

Protein per meal: 26.7 grams ( Does the 26.7g include the whey protein whith each meal?)
Carbohydrates per meal: 53.3 grams
Fat per meal: 4 grams

Finally what should I consume for breakfast to = the amount of protein I require per meal?

Hey guys... I've been on a mass diet for 3 months and have gained 33lbs.

I'm going to start cutting soon and am thinking about this diet. One thing I was wondering, how do I cut the cals? Gradually?

This is my first time cutting and I have no clue how to work things out... What should be eaten pre & post workouts and on cardio days??

also... what is "refeed"?

Thanks in advance!

Help me out here. According to this formula a 170lb person should consume 1938 calories consisting of 15 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter and an additional 121 grams of protein per day.

Six Meals Per Day:

Additional whey protein per meal: 20.2 grams
Tablespoons of all natural peanut butter per meal: 2.5

If I eat 6 x 2.5 tblsp of peanut butter thats 1575 cals. That only leaves me 363 cals to get 121g protein. Does anyone know of a protein shake that has only 60 cals per 20g of protein?

Anyone simular to me or have any good advice for me?

32/m 5'10" 370 lbs 52% bodyfat 61"waist 54"hip 59" flabby/manboob chest.

I just bought a few cans of Animal Pack Vitmins/mineral etc...
I also have the Nature's Best Iso pure powder 0 carb 0 fat 50 grms protein.

I guess cardio will be 30-45 mins/day 5 days/week
Some basic weight training 3/days/week

Blood Pressure is usually around 128/80

Any advice to this is greatly appreciated. :-)
God Bless

Sorry, for being a newbie, but I went to the proteinfactory website and there are a few different whey proteins.
CFM whey isolate
ION exchange whey isolate
ISO chill whey isolate
whey protein concentrate.

Which one is used on this diet???Do the flavors add any carbs?
I also just read on a site, Nature's Best ISO pure reads 0 carbs, but actually has 3 carbs/serving. Anyone know anything about that? Thanks

I don't think it matters as long as it's low carb. I've got some ON Whey Protein that is 3g carbs per serving.

I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks and it seems to be working. Although, I substitue real food like a chicken breast on occasion. To me this is no different than the Atkins diet except that it is a helluva lot easier to do if you have a busy schedule.

I started doing this as a 5'8'', 255lb fat-ass and I'm down to 247lb fat-ass. I've been lifting weights and doing cardio as well. I'm going to stick with it as long as I can stand it and keep getting results.

MK, Thanks for the reply. I was actually mistaken, only the Chocolate flavored Isopure protein powder has 3 carbs, others have 0. YAY!!!
Seems like you are doing great so far. I went to the store today and realised I would need about 1 1/4 jars of Smuckers All Natural Peanut Butter lol Dam!!!
It says I should eat 3990 cals thats alot!!! lol
Is everyone who is getting good results sticking to the recommended formula for cals etc..??
Thanks
God Bless
Dave

I know this diet works apparently but I just could not do it. The constant taste of peanut butter was driving me crazy. I did do the diet for 2 weeks straight but gave up. Oh well.

very wise decision...........won't know unless you try, eh?

I've been doing it for 4 days now and I think I'm going to kill myself.

GOD the peanutbutter is NASTY. I can't believe you guys love this turdy paste.

Oh well... gonna get mentally prepared for my next meal. I'll try not to gag this time. :)

Why do it bro..........switch...everything in moderation, you'll get there, turst me!

Nah, I'm aight.

I hit the sack at 9:30 and get up at 4:30 for cardio, I'm motivated, I'll do what it takes to get there, I love how this diet is convenient, but I hate how it tastes.

I'd like some ideas on how to make it taste better though... I'll probably try another brand first, because with the one I use, when I mix it into my shake, little residue from the shells scratches my throat; that's what makes me gag more than anything else.

Anyway, god speed to you all. I love this forum.

Some things i noticed about this diet:

1. People think you're insane when you tell them what you are eating
2. They look at you wierd with you're eating PB out of the jar with a measuring spoon.
3. Its hard to be social when you can't eat what everyone else is.
4. The girlfriend feels bad for eating when you aren't, but thinks you insane all the same.
5. You should calculate in the effort of mixing a fresh jar of PB into your calorie expendatures.
6. Its easier to get tired of the same whey mix than PB.
7. Theres no worrying about what to cook for dinner, or lunch, or breakfast.

ok, I'd like to try this, but from what I gather it's carbs that give your body energy. Where's the energy going to come from with this diet to hit the weights just as hard in the gym? Did somebody answer if creatine was ok to use during this diet, too?

Thanks,
PJ

Look alot like a replica of the beetle bug + worms diet.

j/k

How about PB and tuna + lite mayo all day, I think that would resolve the satiety issues better than whey.

Energy will come from the ketones (i.e. a byproduct of ketosis).

The All Natural PEANUT BUTTER DIET! by Mr.X

Hi Everyone:

I want to present to you a concept that has been implemented by me in the past w/ a few of my clients that had an issue w/ dieting. As you can see by the title of the thread, this small article will talk about a diet that is mainly consistent of All Natural Peanut Butter (ANPB), and I don’t know many people that don’t like ANPB. Let me just make it clear, this diet WILL ONLY WORK WITH ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER.

Let’s look at the breakdown of the diet; don’t worry, I’ll make it simple:

NOTE:
These are the supplements and foods that will be needed on this diet…
Multi Vitamins/Minerals (generic versions are fine)
Vitamin C, E, A, D
Calcium
4 Jars ANPB (local grocery store)
3-5lbs. of whey protein (www.proteinfactory.com get non flavored or a flavored w/ minimal carbs).
1 tbsp. measuring spoon

(1) Figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), this number will usually be weight x 12 for most people. For example, if I’m 200lbs., my BMR= 2400 (200*12).

(2) Take your BMR number and multiply it by 0.95, this will allow for a 5% deficit from your BMR (.95=95%, which is 100-5). For the 200lbs. example, the BMR is 2400*.95= 2280 calories, this will be your daily caloric intake. This number will be called DBMR (dieting BMR).

(3) Look at your ANPB jar: 2tbsp. of ANPB = 200cal., 16g fat, 5g carbs (7-2fiber), 7g protein. Now, take your DBMR and multiply it by 0.75, this will give you’re your PBMR. In our example of 2280 calories, this would be 2280 (DBMR) * 0.75 = 1710 calories = PBMR.

(4) Take your PBMR number and divide it by 200, now take the number you get and multiply it by 2. In our example, 1710/200=8.55; 8.55*2= 17.1 (round down). Thus, we have 17. This number is the number of ANPB spoons you’ll have a day; thus, in our case we can have 17tbsp. of ANPB.

(5) Take your DBMR – PBMR = RBMR, take RMBR and divide it by 4, this will give you the amount of protein (grams) you take in per day. In our case, 2280 – 1710 = 570; 570/4 = 142.5 (round up) = 143 g protein per day.

Therefore, in our example, this 200lbs. person would be eating 17tbsp. of ANPB per day and 143g protein (whey protein) per day. If he was to have 6 meals, this would be about 2.8 tbsp. of peanut butter per meal w/ 23g protein per meal. If you were to use your ratios, this would be done by taking your number of tbsp. per day divide by 6 and take your protein intake per day and do the same. This will vary depending on the amount of meals you have.

For our example, this individual would be taking in:
2280 cal per day – 72 fiber cal = 2208 calories total
136g fat per day, 1224 calories (55%)
203 g protein per day, 812 calories (37%)
43 g carbs per day, 172 calories (8%)

So, with this easy to follow diet you’ll get some amazing ratios: 55%fat/37%protein/8%carbs.

Enjoy! This is just a sample of what’s going to be in my new book! :)

Also If you want to eat lots of beanut butter , you should get the kinds that don't contain trans fats as this article suggests. I just bought some and read the label. "partially hydrogrenated oils" is listed in the ingredients and this can only cause trouble.

quick and easy "all in one ANPB w/protein bar"

First do your math "take your DBMR – PBMR = RBMR, take RMBR and divide it by 4". this will tell you how much ANPB and protein powder you need daily.

Liquify your protein powder.

I use 2% milk and then heat the milk then slowly add the PP into sauce pan ,constant stiring, careful not to burn. example 16 scoops with 2cups milk
then slowly add in the protein powder to make a thick paste (make sure powder is totally disolved).
you can subtract those cal from the milk by using less on the powder or ANPB pour in to mixing bowl.

Liquify your peanut butter in sauce pan with low heat, constant stiring, careful not to burn.

pour PB in with protein paste and mix together then transfer to muffin pan or deep glass dish then semi freeze and cut into small bars.

On my last batch I added some splenda and cocoa powder and vanilla and topped off with chopped almonds to jazz up the taste.

The bars are still on the guewy side..might experiment adding ground flax and/or ground wheat bran into the mix.

I think this is a great thread and I'm eager to start the ANPB Diet. However, I have one question before I begin - would it be acceptable to rotate between ANPB and All Natural Almond Butter (ANAB)?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

J.Q. Public

2 Quick questions; I have been on this diet for a little bit and it is awesome, but I was curious:
1. Why does it work? how does it differ from any other lower-carb/ketosis diet
2. what about EFA's? shoudl I supplement any of them?

thanks

you don't have to supplements any of the EFA's, but instead of the ANPB you can use flax oil and whey.

im going to give it a try. i like PB but i dont think i'll be able to eat it all the time like this. im just going to mix in 17 tablespoons of PB and 8 scoops of whey in my blender and sip it throughout the day

Ok , Mr X and everyone I am gonna start my ANPB diet tomorrow , gonna do it for 4 weeks only . My goal is to lose 10 lbs of fat in 4 weeks .

Stats - 220 lbs and 15-16 % bodyfat .

Ok I have a few questions to ask before I lay out my diet Mr X , can you take a look and tell me what you think ?

So , I live in Brazil and the only peanut butter that I could find is : PETER PAN CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER . This is the only one I can find , but since it contains the same nutritional facts that Mr x said , I think I can use this one . Can you guys confirm ?

Also , how should I train on this diet ? Will I have energy for intense lifting ? and high intensity cardio ?

I modified the ratios just a lil bit , MR x said that the best ratio is 55 % fat , 8 % carbs and 37 % protein . I am gonna do it like this : 50 % fat , 8 % carbs and 42 % protein . Is that ok to do ?

Ok here is the diet : tell me what you guys think of it .

meal 1 - Designer Whey ( 2 scoops ) + 2 tablespoons peanut butter

proteins – whey – 37.5 g / PB – 8.5 g – total : 46 g
fat – whey – 3 g / PB - 16.5 g - total : 19.5 g

meal 6 - 100 g chicken breast + 3 tablespoong olive oil

protein – 25 g - total : 25 g

the peter pan peanut butter has processed ingredients does it not?

You need All Natural Peanut Butter. Smucker's makes it. Nothing processed, just peanuts and salt.

I am pretty sure it's not the same thing.

2 problems:

1) peter pan has hydrogenated oils in it to keep the fats emulcified (so you don't get the oil separation like in ANPB). don't get me started on hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oils. they're very bad for you, and i'd hesitate putting that much of it in my body.

2) companies add sugar to regular peanut butter. sugar = big no no when cutting.

i'd look into mail order to get some ANPB. it will be well worth it.

on a side note, i'm starting this diet in a couple of days. gotta stock up tomorrow and plan everything out. joy!

cheers.

Why would anybody do this type of diet? If you have the will power to eat all that damn PB, you could instead have a much healthier, tastier diet that is more long term that would give you better results (both outside and INSIDE your body). But to each his own I guess.

Hi Mr. X,

I was wondering if this diet works for women also? Or is it just for guys?

I found a peanutbutter which says 100% Natural Sanitarium and It has NO Preservatives, No Stabilisers, No Added Sugar and NO Added Salt.

I would like to lose some bodyfat. I am 5'5'' and 57kg have 25% fat and I would like to go down to 18%. Could I achieve it on this peanut butter diet? (I am so confused by all the types of diets available, I don't know which one to choose anymore!!!:()

Thanks for your help :)

I started this week and I am on my second day. I feel horrible, but I guess my body is getting used to not having a lot of carbs. I am going to monitor my strength as well as my weight loss.

Weight: 245 LBS

Meals per day: 6 x day
Snacks: 2 x day

Cardio: 2 x week
Weights: 3 x week
Flag Football: Once every 2 weeks

Meal = 2 tablespoon ANPB + 1 serving of Nectar caribbean Cooler
300 calories, 31gm protein, 6gm carb, 16 gm fat

Snack = 2 tablespoon ANPB
210 calories, 8gm protein, 6gm carb, 16 gm fat

Total Calorie = 2220

Bench Press (Hammer strength): 380lbs x 6
Military Press (Hammer strength): 360lbs x 8

The reason I use Hammer strength is because I do not have a training partner due to my work schedule.

Please critique. I respect the knowledge on this board and would appreciate any feedback.

Mr X,

Is the point of this diet to use good fats that come in ANPB as substitute for bad fats from cheese and meat in a keto diet ?

Can I substitue a burger, turkey burger, chicken, buffalo wings as a substitute if it meets the exact Peo/carb/Fat requirements in my meal ?

The reason I include buffalo wings is that I found a brand that gives me 300 calories, 31gm protein, 6gm carb, 16 gm fat per serving.

This is just so I don't go crazy just eating peanut butter. I would do this maybe 2 meals per week. If I can do more please let me know.

Thank you all !!!

jkurz1, Care to elaborate ? Diet I have sucks or you had bad experience with ANPB diet ? Percentagewise my diet is very close to what is recommended by Mr X. I do not eat the burger, turkey, chicken wings on this diet. Just ANPB and whey. I am eating them once or twice total per week so that I do not get sick of this diet. Even adding them, I can maintain the percentages.

Thanks.

any update on the diet???
anyone been on it for over a month???

results

Well...I am set up to start first week of january, my wife will join in too, we will try for 2 weeks and hopes....

Question: Will it be OK if I mix my Whey with Soya milk and reduce the amount of say PB/whey ? to compensate, or would it be better tu use water or skim milk for the mix ?

I didn't see nobody reporting a few months after the end of the diet, will the lost pounds be re-gained as fast as the were lost ?

I will report after my trial, posotive or negative...

i think that just sensably is a good place to start.I started weight training 4 months ago, ate more (5 to 6 meals/day) and lost about 10 lbs, 1 inch plus around my waist and gained about 1 inch around my chest. Peanut butter is always a part of my week. But straight peanut butter??? I doubt it, personally speaking.

This is way too hardcore, like old days, fish and water diet.

What about precautions for people who have liver problems, consuming so much fat won't do your liver any good.

Probably will work, but still, peanut butter is way too messy to carry around, besides just imagine your buddies having a good laugh about your peanut butter jar.

14 pages and haven't seen anybody who's gone through with it for a considerable period of time. Is there anyone out there who's been hardcore enough to stick with this? I want to see someone's results! I'm going to give it a serious try after 10 more weeks of bulking...

Yeah I tried it for a week and just couldn't do it. It's painful and boring. I think it might work though if you are insanely diciplined.

sounds like a really good diet. do you think it would be ok to do it during a cycle of dbol and intense training? or should you tone down the intensity because of the low carbs?

Can someone explain the routine of when you eat the peanut butter. I am 17 and 263 pounds. How often should I eat the PB (times) and how much each time??

Don't do this diet. Its stupid, especially at your age.

Wrong.

You dont have nearly the info needed to recomend or degrade this regimen, so towel off.

The fact is: it may in fact suck for this guy, but you cant make a solid recomendation based upon pixie dust, bro, and you sell your good advice in other places short by doing so here.

So what is your opinion on the diet?

My opinion is fairly simple: It is a diet.

A "Diet" is something temporary, used to reach a certain specific goal.

That is it. It is not sustainable in the long run (as with most HIGHLY severe diets) and if you don't have the HIGHEST level of commitment in what you are doing you will fail miserably (this happens with all diets this restrictive: People get on, happy with how easy it is and find themselves lacking the commitment later on, failing and eating their way to their original weight and then some more).

Never wondered how come this diet was posted in Nov 2003 and we are in Feb 2005 and there is NOT A SINGLE post (I read them all) of somebody who went for 12 straight weeks and had a huge success?

CKD is one thing, this diet will give you CKD ratios with no effort (besides opening the jar and chugging down the PB by the spoonful) but you have to pay the price for it.

So in my opinion, a diet that is this difficult to follow will only work for the most disciplined people, so this is a fit-people diet (those wanting to peak) and not a fat people diet (because we fat people have a history of not being very disciplined... that is how we got fat in the first place, right???)

Diets need to be balanced. PB has it is place in a well-balanced diet, but to make the ONLY thing to eat throughout the day...

Hi Dakotah, make sure you monitor weekly your BF%. You want to make sure you are losing the correct part of your weight and not the good stuff.

This diet would only work with Organic brands of Peanut Butter ? What about SKIPPY brand ?

I don't think SKIPPY is all natural, right?

Hidrogenated oils and sugar

Mr. X is smart to recommended natural peanut butter.

One of the first bb's to get "lean" and make money off winning titles through books was Clarence Bass. The mainstay of his diet was natural peanut butter along with eggs and tons of salad.

He was constantly tested to confirm low body fat. He was one of the first bb to publically show how low dose ana helped him gain muscle as he "dieted down".

Not sure if it was posted, because I can't be bothered to read through five pages, but if you have Publix in your area, the Publix Deli makes all natural peanut butter that is fantastic!
Smuckers also makes some, but the Publix brand is as real as it gets.

So is the criticism this diet is getting due to the fact that it's difficult to follow or due to the fact that it's unhealthy? If it's perfectly in line with CKD, how can it be unhealthy?

I really would like to give this diet a try because

1.) It's cheap
2.) It's fast
3.) It has CKD ratios

As a poor college student who's also a weightlifter, money is a HUGE issue for me and a normal CKD has the tendency to want to eat way more of my monthly budget than I can allow due to all the meat and restriction of whey protein. With me, I assue you, discipline is not of the issue. Any diet possible I could follow exactly so long as good results come from it.

Alright, been on this diet since Tuesday. Is infinitely easier than the previous diet I was on (protein shakes and fish/flax oil). Since Mr. X seems to have abandoned his own thread, I suppose I could just put this question out in the air:

I've been using zero-calorie/zero-carb syrups and dips with my protein/pb meals (such as walden farms, torani, etc.). Is this acceptable? I use nothing with sugar alcohols, just zero calorie syrups and dips that have been sweetened with splenda.

So no book was ever released?
What about al the pre-orders?

Was this whole PB Diet just a joke?
