needto said something about "80% of the non-pros on this board", implying that 20% of the board is pro. By pro, I am thinking they have their PRO card. I think we can narrow that down to maybe 0.001% of the board...if that.

Guys who compete at a high level? You mean like IFBB? So...pros? Or do you mean someone who has maybe taken first or second in their class at a NPC show? Because I went to a NPC show recently where in a couple classes there were only 2 or 3 competitors. Only one looked "decent". Would we call that "high level"? I wouldn't. I mean, I give them props for getting up there, but let's be realistic.

People who have been in the game for decades, but have never earned their pro card = vets.

These will all be asked again within a month. I think people bitching about the same questions being asked is almost as predominant as the same regurgitated questions.

And I would also have to mention that these boards are mainly for newbies to begin with. People like us are rare. Most just come when there thinking of juicing, linger for a bit and then disappear.....Thus we get the same regurgitated myths.......because they dont stay around long enough to truly learn.
