okay i experiences these awful stomach cramps,its not a hunger feeling but more of the feeling like your gonna barf or you got the runs.........i dunno but i believe its the ZINC??? cause the zinc capsule i take is 50mg and i always experiences this feelings around 8ish'

any suggestions?

Depends on the amount of zinc you're taking in, and what kind of zinc you're using. You could be exceeding the amount your body is using. Cut the pill in half and see if it still happens. There are toxic levels of zinc, and you don't want to go there. And about the mylanta.... it saved my life last night I was 2sec. away from peuking and it helped me out.
