Late update - been busy as fuck with fires going everywhere.

Protiens all week have been fish or chicken with rice or salad. 🤌

I know there will be haters but I have adopted Rogans kettle bell routine as below

Gonna still add a walk in here and there for cool down

@Titties is say that kettlebell workout is no joke. I’ve seen him taking about it on his podcast
 
Update - digging the kettle bell workout. Have dedicated Monday’s to just arms. Curls (dumbbells and ezybar) also tri extensions and overhead extensions dumbbells.

After some advice on getting good endurance. I do sometimes feel I need way more air after abit lol I haven’t tried with any sort of pre workout or supplement if there is one let me know.

Will be jumping on the scales tomorrow morning so will update on my weight.

Been slack as fuck on getting meal pics mainly due to getting home around 10 every night after work, my phone is the last thing I wanna see after those days. I will pick up my act tho.

Keep the kettlebell work in for conditioning and mix in 10–15 min intervals of swings or carries twice a week to boost endurance bro

For breathing and stamina, try 200 mg caffeine with 2–3 g beta-alanine pre workout that works
