Last nights arm/calves session
Cable curls 4x15@31kg
Incline Hammer curls 4x15@15kg each arm
Rope pushdowns 4x15@31kg
One arm tricep extensions 4x15@15kg
Seated calf raises superseeted with standing calf raises
2 plates each side on both machines
4x15
@Mrgains2505 inclines is big time bro but you can go to 20kgs

Weight has crept up by about a kg this week
I'm looking fuller and feeling stronger
Still using Sassy's Pharmaceuticals test, primo and hgh
Goal ATM is still lean gain
I will tidy things up at the back end of of this cycle when I throw in the anavar and drop the hgh to polish it all off

Shoulders tonight
Warmed up with machine press 4x15, 1 plate each side
Side laterals worked up to 25kg for 10 reps
Bar Front raises worked up to 40kg for 10 reps
Reverse fly's 100kg for 8 reps
Shrugs 20kg plate in each hand 3 sets till failure
shoulders for the win but be safe with injuries
 
shoulders looking pretty good keep them warmed up
 
I like those cutoff socks
 
I believe in 6 months from now you'll have a hell of a physique
 
definitely do some trimming up and get a little bit of a tan and you'll be stage ready
 
no telling how much potential you have we can already see the vascularity

Yes you can see it in his rear double bicep pose. They are huge. They overpower his back. He needs to work on his back thickness and width.

Worked up to the whole stack (140kg) for 10 reps
Laying Hamstring Curls worked up to 80 kgs for 8 reps
Sissy squats supersetted with hyperextensions
3 sets till failure each
Seated calf raises 2 plates a side for 4x 15
Standing calf raises bodyweight 3 sets till failure

Seated row 100kg x 10
Hamstring curls 68kg x 10
Hyperextension 4x 15

Pullovers 3 sets 30kg x 10 (really focused of squeezing and stretching here to finish off)
I have never done DB pullovers. Any suggestions and tips?
