Some of you might know me from my unabbreviated less appropriate username on another forum, but I thought I'd come over here to introduce myself and start my new log.

Very very honoured to be starting a sponsorship with @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals and look to do him and @SassyPharmaRep proud with this log.
With his products behind me, there is no doubt.

I'm coming up to what I hope is the end of a cut, ~4 weeks left, then will slowly reverse into a lean bulk before my wedding towards the end of the year.
Aim is to be lean, a bit bigger, and healthy in November.
This cut is the first time in my life I've has abs, and I hope to maintain them.

Some background, I've always been fat, been training natty for many years but couldn't progress. Would lose size when cutting and gain fat when bulking. Bloods showed fairly low T so started TRT in November (6 months ago) and have titrated up a little.

Age: 32
Height: 5'10
Current Weight: 90kg
Goal Weight: ~95?
Coach: Little Tom (dm for details, he doesn't seem to be on here)
Current Cycle or Plan:
Currently on 210mg sus/week, pinned daily.
Will be swapping to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals Test E as soon as my package arrives ❤️
Dose will stay the same for a while, once I'm sufficiently lean and bloods are good, I'm hoping Tom will let me have a bit of fun (pin recklessly)

Also currently on @Raptor Labs clen, 50mcg daily
5mg cialis daily
150mg irbesartan daily
And your normal mix of vitamins and minerals

Training Program: training 5x per week - push/pull/quad focussed legs/upper/hammy focussed legs

Diet Overview: ~2200 cal/day. Drop the carbs on non training days. Roughly equal protein and carbs and low fats. This is probably the hardest part for me, balancing time, nutrition, and keeping the missus (and myself) happy with what we're eating.


I have to give a massive shout out to my coach littletom, only been working with him for a month and already seeing massive changes.

@CL1 you look terrific in this picture man. lean physique and vascular up top
notice really the only spot you have excess body fat is the stomach. so once you drop body fat another 2% you will start seeing more of your abs

i think 5kg gain is a good goal. i would also say to cut down a bit more to tighten up the stomach. i would train your core more and also stomach vacuuming!
