Ramadan month is finally over!! A month of not eating or drinking for 14 hours a day, I tried to train for the first week but my body refused to recover i was having horrible sleeps and feeling pain and fatigued all day so I had almost a month straight off of training. It was a very hard month butt thanks to the
@GENTEXLaboratories Reta and Test E i got through without too much difficulty.
Working in construction was really hard though especially having hot rough days without any water or food made it ten times worse.
Never the less i lost a fair amount of body fat and managed to keep most of my muscle mass on me. Also cos i was getting up at 3:30 AM to eat and drink before my fast started, I now am in the habit of waking up at that time and getting a routine out of it and I love it so Ive kept it and have began to train at 4:30AM before work.
First week back at training and normal eating
Saturday to Monday (today)
Train at 4:30 am - Pre Workout only
Chest, Bi's, Side delts
Incline machine press x 4
Chest press machine x 4
Tri-cep/Chest Dip Machine x 3
Cable Curls straight bar x 4
Preacher curl machine x 4
one handed cable hammers x 3
1st Meal 7am - Protein shake, Banana, Protein bar, oats
2nd Meal 10am - Handful of High Quality Arabic Khudri Dates, Protein bar, Apple, Coffee
3rd Meal 12pm - 195g Tuna with white rice, dried biscuits, Protein custard
4th Meal 4pm - Protein Shake, Chicken Breast Pieces
5th Meal 7pm - Beef Teriyaki homemade with white rice and stir fry veggies
6th Meal 8:30pm Yoghurt and honey and berries
REGIME
Test E - 500 (250 monday and friday)
Retatrutide - 2mg (1mg 2x weekly)
Proviron - 25mg ED
My routine and schedule are finally starting to get back to normal and now the whole world is goin insane haha. Paid $120 for my Petrol today in Sydney. Madness
