WEEK 4 UPDATE

First full week on the 200:200 test/EQ (last week was 300 test) [pics to come, need to take some although look about the same only been 1 week on the dose]

Feels good to get the numbers up from 175mg for so long. Food has increased slightly too, sitting around 2300 and the fats are bumped up as they were a touch too low. Just getting the food right - sessions are coming through well, good energy and pushing a bit better on the weights. Food has been a bit shit last week, needed to change up my meals, this week will be back on track.

Weight - 89kg
Dose - 200:200 (test/eq)
Training - Bro split still 5/6 sessions a week
To add - looking to add some hgh shortly (2iu/day) and pending stock will add 20mg var on training days.
@NikoNikoNiko bros make sure you push the training when you need to
but also back off when you need to as well
6x a week is tough on the body. include deloads

@NikoNikoNiko A very nice job on this man, testosterone, equipoise are very mild. You're going to get some good results, don't forget to update us to on the cardio that you're doing.

NEW: 2iu of HGH 5 days per week starting this week

Solid week of training and food. Having to drop out the oats this week as they were making me way too bloated and sluggish in the arvo/evening. I've increased the rice, cals are low but I'll try a few things in the arvo for a pre gym snack; rice crispy, extra banana etc etc to bring me back up around the 2300-2400. Throw in a latte or 2 as well. Keeping majority of the cals in the pre gym has been much better so i'll stick with that.

Sassy test and EQ has been great, smooth as to inject and i'm pinning it M/W/F

Getting 2x walks in a day but will start adding in some cardio on the weekend.

any training updates actual sets reps?
