yeah I’m happy to keep it low , been sitting on 175 for a while now. I’ll lock the food in better and add some EQ, which I ran once year or two ago, I liked it. Hoping to just fill out a bit more and get some better definition throughout

Will give it a few weeks at 400 and then hopefully add in some Anavar.

Food is remaining the same at about 2200-2400, meals being

4. Oats w berries and honey

Training. Usually sessions will be in the arvo after work typically 45-1 hr with training partner.

I think your food calories is looking good for what you're trying to accomplish. Make sure you post up some meals, though. In your little specific about what you're eating. That can make a big difference.

NEW: 2iu of HGH 5 days per week starting this week

Solid week of training and food. Having to drop out the oats this week as they were making me way too bloated and sluggish in the arvo/evening. I've increased the rice, cals are low but I'll try a few things in the arvo for a pre gym snack; rice crispy, extra banana etc etc to bring me back up around the 2300-2400. Throw in a latte or 2 as well. Keeping majority of the cals in the pre gym has been much better so i'll stick with that.

Sassy test and EQ has been great, smooth as to inject and i'm pinning it M/W/F

Getting 2x walks in a day but will start adding in some cardio on the weekend.

  • Walking barbell lunges 4 sets, 12-16 lunges (can't recall, just go the length of the gym walk way)
  • Leg press 4 sets, 10-12 reps
  • Leg extensions 4 sets, 10-12 reps
  • Calves, sprinkled in

ABS, depending on the day we will squeeze a few rounds of abs in. if we aren't lazy. The above is an ideal weak, more realistically a session will be missed and if i train/play soccer i will condense the leg days into one.

Adding in 20-40 mins cardio a day on the bike as of this week, needing to get the cardio up feeling a bit fluffy. Not sure if the hgh.

Sassy's stuff is going well, smooth every injection. Feeling good on the Test/EQ combo, definitely more vascular.

I like the very mild dosing of your Cycles testosterone and equipoise 200 mg. Each is really good. Don't be afraid though to increase the dose. @NikoNikoNiko
