Approved Log Testosterone Anavar Cycle Log

Starting a log for training and results using Sassy Pharma products. Starting on Test, then will add EQ and Anavar.

Current - 175mg test
Aim - 175mg test, 175mg eq, anavar on training days.
Goal - continue to lean out before increasing calories, lean bulk

Current Cycle or Plan: 175mg Test, 60mg Clen. upping shortly and adding EQ

Training Program: Bro split, 5 days a week
Diet Overview: Deficit currently 4 weeks in, will increase calories shortly. 2200. mainly chicken, rice, steak, potato, yoghurt, fruit

WEEK 2 UPDATE
Week 1 was at 175mg increasing this week to 400mg (EQ should arrive)
Will give it a few weeks at 400 and then hopefully add in some Anavar.

Planning to make this a 16 week log.

Food is remaining the same at about 2200-2400, meals being

1. Protein Shake
2. Yoghurt + Banana
3. Chicken, rice and avocado
4. Oats w berries and honey
5. Yoghurt
6. Steak and Potatoes
7. Sugar free jelly

Training still the bro split, getting 5/6 sessions a week.

do you have the full amounts? like how much shake etc please
 
WEEK 4 UPDATE

First full week on the 200:200 test/EQ (last week was 300 test) [pics to come, need to take some although look about the same only been 1 week on the dose]

Feels good to get the numbers up from 175mg for so long. Food has increased slightly too, sitting around 2300 and the fats are bumped up as they were a touch too low. Just getting the food right - sessions are coming through well, good energy and pushing a bit better on the weights. Food has been a bit shit last week, needed to change up my meals, this week will be back on track.

Weight - 89kg
Dose - 200:200 (test/eq)
Training - Bro split still 5/6 sessions a week
To add - looking to add some hgh shortly (2iu/day) and pending stock will add 20mg var on training days.
