Have had a few sessions back at the gym, back on the bike and back to normal training this week. finally. hamstring is healing, did some light curls on the weekend and will go for a light run mid week. Feel week af from not training for 2 weeks, but good to be back.
Locking in the food a bit better, need to touch it up but will be something like the below. keeping it basic, try and lean out a bit more soon.
