why is the 20% bf bad ? I trimmed to 17% a few months ago just to see how i looked and i prefer 20% i hold it well with my normal diet. i do have a solid foundation. i started with a trainer 4 years ago and have done nothing but improve however that same trainer and i agree that i have hit that dreaded point. i have not made a gain in almost 6 months until now. some fat some muscle. i did step the food up a bit to high. i say the cc instead of mg because im not so sure on the percentage loss do to the conversion process. if there was a 0% loss then i would be using 200mg eod but there is no way. i am going to guess 150mg eod. my diet is 6 meals per day for beef 3 times poultry 1 time shakes with milk 2 times. for carbs its a wide variety of whole grains rice, bread, oatmeal, pasta ect. 1 apple per day 2 green salads per day. 1 handfull of mixed nuts about 1.5 galons of water the normal variety of suppliments and thats pretty much it. i do take body building very serously and have learned my body well. however as you can see i am very new to the steroid part. every one is concerned about the bf. im not sure why. i would not like 15% unless i was competing then of course i would drop to about 10 but i look a little to ripped and veiny at 17% let alone 15%. Is there a reason 20% is to high? something that would impact a cycle or my health?
Are you sure you have your bf checked properly. You shouldnt be vascular and ripped at 15 % let alone 17 %. BTW bodybuilders compete at a much lower bf then 10, probably around 3.
