I was going to use prop for my first cycle but I was able to find some nice non UG test E and the only prop I could find was UG at the time I wasn't cool with trying UG stuff, didnt know enough about gear back then to trust some random dude in the gym.


In the future I'm thinking of prop/fina stack mmm....yummy
 
I was going to use test and deca for first cycle but decided to hold off and just went with test 400.. Into week 3 now and starting to notice strength gains, I would go with the test e if I was you, I know I wouldn't want to be pinning more than twice a week for first cycle good luck bro!!!

Definitely don't want Deca for a first cycle
 
For a 1st cycle I agree, test e is easier. But a few cycles in, I personally prefer prop. If nothing else the noticable less amount of bloat wins with prop.
 
I did 12 weeks of test e. 250mg/week for my first cycle Low dosage but it worked well with no side effects. I had bad acne as a teen so I was scared of that but nothing but a few zits once in a while. I gained 15 lbs and kept most of it. My strength went through the roof. The week before my first pin I was benching 225 for 4-5 reps and a max of around 275 After the first month I was doing 225 for sets of 10 and maxed out over 300.

Don't need a lot of test e on your first cycle for great results.

That is a great approach to take on cycling, but unfortunately not enough people go that route. You should always use the smallest "effective" dose that you can to get your results, and that is what you did. There are so many people nowadays that try to run as much gear as they can take or afford...

It's great to see someone post that. That's exactly what I did. Just wanted a nice boost and see how my body would handle it. Did 12 weeks of Test E at 250mg and I loved it. Kept all my gains and recovered very fast from.

test e is a better first cycle.. all that pinning and possible pain is enough to drive a noob away sometimes.
 
I'm finishing up my first cycle, did Test P, going to be honest, if I had my time again, I'd try and get some Test E. The pip wasn't never terrible in my quads, but my shoulder workouts really struggled most of the cycle due to the pip from pinning them, even ventroglute had some decent pip to it. Only running 6 weeks instead of 8 now as well, just sick of feeling like I have knots everywhere, but the pinning EOD didn't bother me, looked forward to it, but can see why some of the vets on here bash test prop.

Gained 17lbs btw, time to see how PCT goes!
