go over 500.. maybe 700 or more if you are willing to deal w/ it.. but focus on freeing up the test with proviron or unleashed... that will allow you to still stay on the lower end of total dosages.. like 1.5g etc etc.. free test matters way more.. and you wont get all bloated or have to load up on anti e's as well
