3 sets to failure with 20kg added









Body weight shot up due to water retention from the GH (I think) hoping it comes down soon. Currently at 106.5kg in the mornings.

Water intake has been 5L everyday.

Blood pressure averaged 140-90 which is a bit on the higher side but will keep monitoring. Macros have been spot on no slip ups apart from not getting some meals in so average calories just below my intended intake.



I will do my weekly update everyday on Sunday and fill in all weeks progress let me know if I forget anything you’re interested about!!
