Test E and Caloric intake

How many calories do you guys shoot for when bulking with Test E. What do you eat to get them? Ive been getting in 3000 a day no problem. Its funny yesterday I know I got in probably 1500 cals I was just to busy working all day long. It seemed like the good feelings from the Test werent there that day then today Im eating my ass off again and I feel better. Has anyone ever experienced this? There is a smoothie at Smoothie King called the Hulk it has 943 cals in it not sure about the fat content but its pretty low if I remember correctly. Anyone ever tried this or recommend it?
 
4500 calories is what I shoot for when bulking on test bro. If I could i'd take in 6000 calories but when I do that my diet usually fucks up because I try to eat everything in site to get to the 6000 mark. So I keep it clean and fairly low for bulking at 4500 calories.
 
Try to get to 4k clean, but usually i end up at appx 3800/day. Use fitday...it helps to keep you on track

shit im bored, i digging up older posts to respond.........lol.........same here with about 3800 i can go higher but wont be as clean... but i like to mix in what i call a dirty day here and there which usually includes a couple double cheese burgers from micky ds and maybe a banana split.. i can hit 5000 if i eat dirty, but only once and a while.. without my shakes even 3800-4000 be reallllll hard clean.......
 
I usually eat a dozen eggs for breakfest; I scramble them and then put them in burrito shells and pour on some salsa. I do the same or eat 5 cans of tuna for lunch- you can empty them into a container before you go to work or whatever. For dinner I'll eat alot of chicken breasts or a 1# of lean hamburger...burgers kind of expensive so I usually eat the chicken. There is some bulking powders that are good as long as they dont have a crapload of sugars in them. Im usually on the run so I can't be eating every few hours like I should but it helps if you just always make food available to yourself. (granola bars, jerky, etc).
 
I need to at least eat 3500 cals a day to put on weight. So i just eat as much clean food as I possibly can 6 times a day. I estimate that I get anywhere from 3500-4500 in each day. And the results have been nice.
 
what are your stats bro? if you're trying to bulk, weight x 18 - 20 is your range
 
I say it depends on your build and metabolism at the start. If you have a slow metabolism or a higher (14+) BF%, eating 4k calories a day is going to give you bulk, a whole lot of fat. I add small amounts of calories (300-500) every couple weeks to account for increased mass. Going from 2300/day (my norm) to 4000/day does nothing but make me fat. With my metabolism there is no excuse for 900 calorie smoothies or double cheeseburgers.

If you're skinny with a lightning metabolism, I guess you have to eat whatever you can get your hands on to put on weight. I wouldn't know anything about that unfortunately.
 
I dont store fat very easily. Im probably at around 14% now but when I was younger I was always very lean. Im 25 now and if I do cardio and eat healthy the fat burns right off. I dont need clen or any other of that thermo crap. I weigh 211 so 211 times 18 equals 3798 cals. Huh Mr. X your right on as normal thanks guy.
