1000mg test cyp ew 1-15wk
500mg EQ ew 1-15wk
50mg Dbol ed 1-4wk

Not really sure where to throw the winny in at. Oh and eating about 4000 cals and 350-400g protein. Doing the 5x5 workout Needto showed me (thanks bro). Any inputs or advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's basically same thing I'm doing, only I'm going test prop 100 eod, 600 eq. ew, and no winn...don't like it.

Good point. Bill Romanowski is a always talking about how important zinc and magnesium is, helps heal. I think he has a line of products out now, a mag/zinc and a creatine (don't know if their good though).
 
5g of creatine after workout.

I take 2 multi's a day. One in the morning and one before bed.

I do have flax seed and fish oil. When and how much should I take?

Vitamin C - Heal without swellings? What are we talking about there?

If you want to have an immaculate recovery from training
and Lower your chances of a tear/sprain/break

3-4 g flax or fish ed thats 1 with Brek Lun Din
4-5 g vit c ed (recovery, potent at blocking cortisol, immune system skyrockets)
1-2 calcium pills ed
2 multis ed
2-5g creatine ED
this is straight from my doctor!!!!

take 2g creatine Pre and 3g post (anabolic window)

that is immaculate cycling and my exact ED procedure

I also supplement Nar-ala, resveratrol, l gluatmine, caffeine, saw palmeto, arginine, taurine, milk thistle when cycling, etc but these are not necessary.
