just start doing dead,squats and heavy bench as the foundation of your work outs.

I have a guy at my gym that started following my advice I pulled his ass away from the pec dec and leg exentions and got him on a soild squat, deadlift and benchpress routine then doing isolation work towards the end of his work outs. He worked out 6 days doing bullshit work outs and running 30 minutes everyday. I have him now on 3 days a week mon,wens,fridays running just 2 times a week for cardio
he has gained 15lbs in 4 months natural.
