I agree completely. I wear a baseball hat down low and wear my earmuff style headphones (so everyone can see I have an mp3 in) and I dont talk to anyone. I am not overly unfriendly and if I do make eye contact, I give a nod and go about my business. I can occasionally see guys looking at me, maybe checking my form or something but noone trys to talk to me because I look unapproachable. I wish I was so big that noone would have the balls to ask but that isnt the case yet.

Thats my attire when my local gym is closed and I have to workout at 24 fitness... except I've got the visor instead of the hat, brim is so low, I probably look like a duck... again not overtly unsociable, but not running around like a retarded bunny on ghb, keep to myself, and I don't wanna be so big that people lose the audacity to question me... I'm only 5 7 and don't wanna ever get over 210 in the future, I'm 185-190 now and want to cut down to 180 and shred up...

Do any of you guys get looks when you put two 45lb. plates on your back to do hyperextensions? I get the "He must be on steroids look!" LOL
No one in the gym can do them! Trying for 3 plates, I'll need some help with this one!
