The Best Excuse! Is sometimes the most obvious!!! READ:
Why don't you just tell them the truth? Tell them that you have been feeling slugish, no energy so you went to see your doctor. He did some bloodwork and found out that your testosterone was extremely low and needed to put you on ASAP. Explain to them that new research and findings have shown that men require a certain amount of testosterone to keep us from getting cancer, erectial disfunction, etc.
Say to them, if you are having the same problem as I was having, I can give you a name and number to an HRT specialist, go see them!

This is the best excuse in my opinion if you aren't 250+ full of muscle and veins popping out of your eyeballs and 4 percent body fat. I would recommend this to anyone who's 25 and older..more over 30 to clearly get away with it.
Using this excuse, it really throws the other person or family members and disarms them. Because now you are using a legitimate health issue and a doctor prescribed medication and it really throws them and most will think nothing of it after you tell them. What can they do about it? Seriously.. So and so is getting juice from a doctor...AND?
Most guys who talk smack about other guys on gear are secretly jealous. Let's be frank about it. Yeah, there are some who really are opposed to steroids, but most, deep inside wished they could atleast be under 13% percent body fat and have a decent body comprising mostly of muscle

..
So, I say = appeal to they're weakness instead of all in all lying.
Here's a little story from a non aas point of view. Me. I remember when I was 25 - working out like a freak - trying to grow, never getting anywhere..Sure.. I worked out hard, ate right, and did cardio, but I could never get huge. I knew the only way I could get huge was by doing steroids or prohormones.
There were these guys that came in late night at the gym around 11pm to 1. They would bench crazy amounts, lift crazy weights and ripped to the max. I asked this guy one time, "dude are you on steroids? your abs are crazy veiny and look great..." and he replied, "No..nah..we eat a lot of meat, train hard, creatine.." And I knew by his eyes, he was lying right out through his teeth! Pissed me off. It didn't piss me off because he was on steroids, it pissed me off because I knew he was juicing and he took me for some sort of retard.
I would say about 50-75% of the guys who wished they could be ripped, who have tried creatine, has been told this same old stupid lie. I'm 36, and I'm at the point where I just straight up admit to it. Depending on the person at the gym and depending on whether I am at work or not, I will tell them "I juice, so what?" -in a non so attitude way, of course. If I'm at work and someone asks me, that's a different story since I could lose my job or be put in some sort of lame rehab probation program since I work for the government, but I'll say, "I eat right and train hard - it takes a lot of dedication.." or if i'm closer to a person, i'll say i'm getting HRT replacement from a doctor..you want his number?
hehe. Of course, I'm a small guy in frame, weight about 155-170 depending on where I am in my cycle and 5' 8 1/2. So, I don't always look ripped and maxed out until I'm getting around 175-180...then it's sort of obviously with my work shirts on.. I guess I could imagine it would be harder if I was 5' 8 and 225.....
