Took t-4 last year and did the same thing. I added some QV deca and was ok after the third week of the same shots. I had the hugest lump in my glute. I brought a heating pad to work and was massaging it all the time.... lol

My first cycle was with T-400. First shot of anything I ever took was 1cc in the ass. Felt like a f*&^ing horse kicked me. Couldnt walk straight for three days. Feel your pain.
