Swole V2...not seeing any effects

I've been trying Swole V2 for about 3 weeks and honestly haven't noticed anything. Maybe it's the timing of my dose. What I typically do is take one serving first thing in the morning with my 800cal shake. Just seems like my body would be most starved for utrients and such after 6-8 hours of nothing. My post workout shake is Optimum Nutrition AfterMax that has 5g of creatine plus a bunch of other stuff so i don't hit the Swole after workouts usually. Should I save my dose of Swole for pre/during workouts and forget about a morning dose?

Think I might try V12 next. I never had any luck with regular creatine in the past.

You should be taking the Swole twice a day, take it in the morning like you are doing now then add another serving pre workout
 
If I take it in the afternoon it's usually during/after. But my AfterMax also has 5g creatine so I usually don't take Swole in the pm. I'm going low-carb for a couple weeks so I'm dropping the Aftermax and will be taking Swole with my workouts...this stuff doesn't have any sugars in it right?
 
No, no sugars. I'm taking swole and creatine. While some might say this won't add any benefits, regular creatine monohydrate can saturate your system differently then swole. You should take the swole post workout when your body is most receptive to ingesting and properly distributing the swole to your muscle centers.
 
on regular creatine monohydrate I gained a bunch of water and lost the weight after the cycle was over. My lifts did go up by 10-5 lbs, but they went down after stopping the creatine. When i took swole v.2 I did not get bloated at all but I did gain 12 lbs over 3.5 months, and I kept my body fat just about the same, so I know most of it was not fat. Also my lifts did not really increase with the swole v.2
