switched to organic soy milk

We give choclate and white soy milk to our 1 and 4 year old and they get the craps too. I hate changing runny diapers especially when it goes up their backs and on their clothes.

No no no... we buy soy milk for our son who is going through potty training woes.... we gave it to our 1 year old and it gave HER the shits, LOL. It simply avoids binding him up like regular milk did. I tried buying light soy but it's really gross IMO.

im not female but ill throw in my 2cents :) i cut out all dairy products a couple years ago and soy milk is good to me, it didnt make me into heman or anything i jus use it in the morning to make a protien shake n pour it on my cereal....mostly i think i benifited jus by cutin out dairy, better skin.
but on a side note ive heard soy can make you bloated, and as far as the peeps complaining bout the poops idk i go at least once a day and up to 3 (gross hua?) id rather go 3 times in one day than 1 time in 3 days....i dont think soy milk has anything to do with that with me tho i eat enough fiber :)

I like Pearl Vanilla Soy Milk a lot, but So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla Beverage even better!

I found soy give me spots and a colleague told me it was to do with high oestrogen.
Almond milk is great. I haven't found coconut milk in drink form here yet though but sounds great!

typically people drink coconut juice.. not the milk, because of the higher fat content. young coconut juice is supposed to have an incredible amount of nutrients.

i love it in my shakes, makes it creamy and smooth.:p

started using soy about a month ago and haven't experienced the bloat yet. def agree with you about the shits and so do millions of Americans spending billions on laxatives every year.

i use coconut milk/cream in a lot of my cooking, mostly thai or indian cuisine as a replacement for heavy cream.

coconut milk is the juice + the meat of the coconut liquified together
coconut juice is the water inside the coconut

for drinking, coconut juice is the preferred choice.. but its not like dairy milk at all.

i put almond milk on my cereal or in a smoothie, sometimes i use it with baked goods as well, i think its the closest thing as a replacement for 1% or skim milk, imo.

:)

that sounds delicious.:p

almond milk is the shit.

check the nute profile here.

Yes I use the unsweetened orginal in my shakes for a change from water. I am not a fan of anything soy do to the increase in estrogen my body produces enough on it's own don't want to add anything that would increase it even more.

Almond milk!!!!!
