Did push presses last night and here's the results
275x5 Pr for reps previous was 3
315x1 Pr for weight previous was 300 so 15lb pr.
275 was pretty easy and I could probably have done some more but I wanted 315 pretty bad. First attempt at 315 went up about 2/3 and I couldn't lock it out so I lowered the bar back to my delts took a deep breath reset and got that shit.
