sustanon - inj pain and fever

1. Everytime I injected the sustanon250(infar) (in one of my previous cycles), I had a small lump on my cheek and after a few hours the pain and fever started. but it all subsided after 3 days during which I was not even able to walk properly. does heating the amp solve this problem(pain or abscess)? does it really work?
I really like sustanon because of the fact that it can give good gains with a small dosage everytime I cycle it(I have done only 1 sustanon cycle before but I have heard so). So if somebody can give some hints for a painless shot with sustanon, then I would really like to do it again. anyone having experience heating the amps and a painless shot??
2. I used 24gauge needle(very commonly used here) for the shots. would 23gauge be better than 24g? i'm including this point keeping in mind the viscosity of the oil.
also, just 1 or two shots somewhere in the middle of the cycle were 100% painless. just for u'r info. but again the pain appeared in the last few shots. I can take the pain but I can't explain to people why I limp. also will ibuprofen help? or any other remedies?

1- Sust flu/fever is normal. I had the same twice. Now if you're talking about how to make sust hurt less on the injection spot, then yes heating the stuff, mixing it with B-12 or Deca will help.

2- Depends on the spot. For glutes I usually use 23g 1 1/2".

thanks manny78. since I was just considering sustanon instead over enanthate in my next cycle(due to sustanon's longer lasting esters), I would like to know if the sustanon fever would deteriorate my performance.

I'm sure you'd get the same from enanthate. In fact, introducing a large amount of "X" product in your body (a foreign substance) can create a reaction. It's normal and there's nothing to worry about.

The sust flu will probably last for a few days. I was still able to train, not at the same intensity but still able to grab a dumbell and move it.

the last time I used test(sustanon) I got elbow pain. I just want to know if the test makes the elbow condition worse if i'm using it again in my next cycle? also, was it the test that was responsible for my joint(elbow) pain?

Did you use any Winstrol ? Since your joints were concerned, did you try any glucosamine ?

Oh no, not with the sustanon but the next cycle I did deca and winstrol.
I'm supplementing my meals with a glucosamine+MSM tab (twice daily).
why i'm telling you about sustanon is because after the sust only cycle, I had acne. so i went to the doctor and u know, he started lecturing me that I should not take AAS(even though I did not disclose, he was sure that the acne was because of steroids). meanwhile he also said that steroids would cause problem with my bones. that's why I said sustanon since I had just then finished the sust cycle. plz reply.
