sustanon and test cypionate question

hi guys i am currently off cycle i have done one cycle b4 deca and sustanon.My question is wich test is best sustenon or test cypionate also can they be used together? At lets say 250 mg sus and 200mg cypionate per week with nothing else? Alternatively any sugestions on second cycle?

Yes you can use them together. Nether one is better then the other unless you are using high doses, then I would say sust is better.

sustanon is a blend of short acting esters and long. Cyp is a long acting ester. You can use both but alot of guys like to shoot Sus EOD due to the short esters. cycp can shoot 1 or 2 times a week.

Yes you can use them together. Nether one is better then the other unless you are using high doses, then I would say Sustanon is better.

1-5 Dianabol 30-40mg ed.
1-12 Sustanon 500mg ew split into 2 or 3 shots.
8-12 Winstrol 50mg ed.
