Not sure what you would find interesting, other than maybe seeing a big broken up man like me kicking like I do.

And yes a cut is coming.
Lol i wanna see you throw some 270 pound head kicks or an axe kick even!
I trained in many different matial arts growing up but never really followed one to the end...karate,kickboxing,boxing and wing chun all for a few years each, which was good as a younge kid as I was a little angry bastard with very little self controll...it did help discipline wise though

I used to do this thing man, front kick to the Plex and using the same leg drop and axe kick on the shoulder pretty cool looking but not much power stacking it like that. Still if you've done a lot of fighting you know the unexpected blows matter way more than the powerful ones. I may have a shot of me when I was training in Poirier's home gym, glad I had that experience.
My base was full contact karate it's what my black belt is in.
But I studied a lot of boxing, a lot of muay Thai and Judo. While I did my share of BJJ it was my least favorite.

I found Judo adapts really well to Muay Thai especially with my karate background. It was just a good blend, surprised not many other fighters have stacked them.

That kick would be heaps cool to see brother lol poeple freak the fuck out when a huge guy starts raining axe kicks from over head hight into a shoulder/collar bone,it's quite a spectacular and devastating sight to see which requires some fluent mobility and yes I agree totally with the unexpected hits count just as much if not more than the rest,I found this out in a few fights where I was on the back foot and have thrown what I thought was an average strike but has knocked an opponent out cold or severely cut them open.Thats an awesome combo of martial arts your learnt my brother,I'll always remember training 3-4 times a week and luving karate,it will always be my base style I only made it to Green belt but it was a good experience that most kids should do when young I think.

Yes I was blessed to have been started super young. Played with basics about four, stepfather was a marine and karateka. Then about 9-10 my uncle a 5th degree black belt, whose life long passion was Martial arts taught me a lot of old school taekwondo and would also tie my right hand and make me punch with my left. Being severely right handed this really gave me an edge.

thats high EQ imo bro
you can do better with an oral there too
like
300mgs testosterone
300mgs equiopoise
50mgs winstrol

thats a gangsta cut bro
Last time I did orals I over did it so I stay away from them now. I thought I could get away with the doses I used to do when I was younger. Definitely overstressed everything, so I will stick with injectables now. Told my wife not to let me get any orals again.

If you use n2guard with orals no issues at all bro
some winstrol with n2guard easy on the alt/ast and you get hard up
just a thought but I do see why you wont wanna if you overdo it

I think its great martial arts has been unbeded into you from a younge age my man shows discipline, commitment and passion for the art you luv lol sounds like your uncle was a good teacher,5th Dan is right up there and the whole tieing the right hand up is a very good approach to getting the left up to par.

training is really good bro :) legit 3 sets you got more?

So at 14 I was given joe weiders complete book of bodybuilding I think it was called and most of my life had subscriptions to all the bodybuilding magazines. I would trade my subscription every year or two to get a different idea of training. I really only do straight sets for warmup or power moves.

You'd LOVE my collection (got it's own FB page) - 6000+ magazines etc

Sadly Moved so much for a few years I lost track of a lot of things. Gosh I had a ton of them to. Muscle and fitness, flex, muscular development and some I done forgot the name of.
That was oldschool good mags I think bro :)

4 exercises as 'one set' is what's called a 'giant set'.
Well since I've been calling it a compound set for decades I'll probably forget this again by the time my next giant set comes around. I tend to do it for a lot of things. You reach a point where straight sets don't stimulate enough growth without going so heavy you risk injury.

Ty I do remember that, vaguely. Gosh I'm old.

Actually now I'm confused lol.

One is a set
Two a super set
Three a giant set
It's a toss up between 4 and 5 which is a giant and which is a compound

6 is known as a piss take lol

Chest and tri's today (chest is such a strong point this is more than enough.
Dips leaned way over with a deep stretch 6 sets last three sets down to total failure

3- Tri sets of pushups done to total failure each
Feet up
Regular
Hands up

3 sets of overhead extensions heavy weight increase each set to failure
3,2,1

Switched it up this week haven't done these in years
One set of skull crushers 13 reps
Then increased weight and 2 supersets of skull crushers and close grip bench presses

3 sets dumbbell kickbacks 3 sets total
1 set 15 reps,
increase weight for two sets to failure with 4 reps and 5 reps respectively

Semantics don't matter if we list the exercises lol but ty you're bringing some basic terminology back to my mind. Glad everyone encouraged me to start logging. It's making me pay close attention to everything. Starting to slowly cut calories today, actually just cutting carbs first. I'm over 270# right now probably settle in between 240-250# depends on how I feel.

try out trestolone and see if you like it.
Some dudes, really like it and other dudes, don't like it at all.

The logging on this website is awesome.
I will actually make a goal of copying someone's workout. Trying something new and having fun with it.

Good job doing the push-ups to failure.
A lot of people have build great bodies just by doing body weight exercises.

Keep up the good work, man. I like that. You're doing the 1 set 15 rep strategy for dumbbell kickbacks.
You're doing some cool exercises to give you a nice Edge.

My chest overpowered my delts for years, so I have been focused on delts and lats for months.... With success, I've gone down to maintenance on chest, sort of but I only enjoy pushing so... I'm trying something new, for example focusing on dips and push ups..

I'm glad that you're enjoying doing the log.
I can tell you that many people are learning from you and seeing what you're doing on this and avoiding mistakes.
Best thing to learn don't overly rely on gear too much while dropping too many calories. Also, when your too tight and pull something lifting doing any grappling may be a recipe for disaster.

These things combined is how I really injured myself.

For sure, less gear and more diet, you starting to cut down on carbs bro? :)

Yeh already started yesterday, I'll tighten up as time goes on. I'm satisfied with my gains over the last year. Meal prepping etc. I'll start counting actual calories when It's time. I don't eat junk carbs ever I insist on nutritious muscle building food. But I let the calories go where they may when I'm bulking, probably 275# RN.
Hard to get full reps on wide grip chins now so I increased those to eight work sets today and started cutting calories. :) 😁

Injectables -test, tren and eq
Orals- anadrol, dianabol and winstrol

Not going that high again. Trying to stay away from orals... But always tempting
damn you hardcore bro :) real hardcore

@JCE solid work! Stay on that grind!

The only thing really different is I dropped underhand chins on back day to substitute more sets of wide grip pull ups.

And now I'm doing Underhand chins on biceps day as my second exercise after barbell curls. I do this sometimes.

Slowly increasing weight on leg day, as the meniscus injury is doing well. Again paying close attention to my body to make sure I don't reinjure myself.

Not doing any two a days the past week, mostly due to weather and time constraints. I like to do my second workouts outside

Easy enough, as I do, to rotate through exercises

I like to change up my grip when I'm doing the pull-ups and use different angles
For back I find the key is changing angles rep ranges.

Some exercises I do because they give me specific strength for some fighting techniques, especially regarding back
For example close grip U.H. or neutral grip chins give you the ability dominate in neck ties.
DUMBBELL rows give you more raw strength to pull someone into a better position to take there back and put them in a rear naked choke.
Burpees and medicine ball throws done certain ways increase explosive punching power.
While my sensei taught you get all the power you need through technique I always looked to add that extra little bit from anywhere. Then one day he told me I hit him harder than anyone else ever did while sparring. (Needless to say he TKO'd me before telling me) LoL fun times. To be young again. I hope he's resting in peace

Very smart. Recognizing what kind of imbalances You have.

And attacking the situation and balancing things out.

Yes, you are right. On the gear point.

Too many people use steroids and then injure themselves because they do too much.

I think 2 g a gear is kind of a waste.

Unless you're a professional for an average Joe or a normal person, there's no need to ever go over 1500 mg.

Be a great point on working the back.

Different angles and rep ranges. Definitely go a long way.

I like how you add in some tips here And there on this log.

Knowledge. And you also learn things at the same time, that's what it's all about.

Yeah, you should check out Roid Rage his log as well. He does a lot of different grips.

He will do close grip. Bench, for example, then switch it to wide grip. It's a little variation but it goes a long way.

Yes, you are right. On the gear point.

Too many people use steroids and then injure themselves because they do too much.
My real issue was thinking I could drop the calories an insane amount while dropping weight and just use the gear to keep my strength up. Hey it was the Ronnie Coleman era man .. but he wasn't a fighter... Putting his body through the weights and fighting on restricted calories.

Typically 7-9 hours a night. Nutrition is very solid. Some weeks I have more time for Internet than others. Took today off road trip with family and doctor appointment for a these injuries. Yes they don't want me working out, no I don't listen.

Glad to hear the injury is doing well man.
What people who don't workout don't realize. Is the vast majority of the time, after my warmup to several hours after my workouts my injuries barely even bother me.

One of my ranger buddies said, motion is lotion, keep moving with purpose and you will keep moving much longer.

You read it wrong. Once I warm up the pain starts going away, then I workout which increases blood flow and decreases pain even more. This increased blood flow helps manage my pain for hours. Then if I do a second conditioning workout later this further pushes off the onset of injury related pain.
I get it, your warms ups letting you push bro :) great

Today was legs and core. Nothing fancy knee was sore after but nothing serious as I said. Only took one day off this week. That only because I had a road trip and doctor appointment and I was on the road by six. Still almost got up to work out, but the wife would've killed me.
what did you do? squats or whats up bro :) @JCE

I almost never experience real muscle soreness these days. Chest and Tris are sore, taking today off. The only real difference yesterday was in how I really squeezed out the reps focusing on the mind muscle connection. Along with a slight volume increase.

8 sets of air squats
3 sets O.H. D.B. squats low reps
Alt. d.B. deadlifts 3 sets low reps
Then alot of core work for martial arts
In a Fighting stance 3 sets of really high rep knee raises coming straight up the center between my "guard" to high face level
Side leg raises 1 set each side, watching knee Injury it was torquing a little.
Front leg raises eye level probably not swinging that's useless
3 sets of sit-ups with dumbbells punching with each rep as I come up going cross body

Deads thats sweet I love some power deads to start off.
you can do ATG squats?

Something I do about those random sweet tooths. Oatmeal with powdered peanut butter and chocolate protein shake. Keep a bucket of it cooked in the refrigerator.
I love that oatmeal with protein mixed, I also add berries to it and some stevia.
