started as a cutting cycle.

lots of a.m cardio, lots of efedrine, low caloric intake, heavy training, 8-10 sleep every night, lots of jerking off.


starting weight - 192 pounds, 16% bodyfat

weight now- 192 pounds, 9% bodyfat


but get this.........

NO WATER
NO ACNE
NO NOTHING!!!!

last cycle i did was 3 years ago and was the same dosage of sustanon of the same brand from the same country- got me bloated and pimples like a mothafucka!!!!!!

i didnt' bother taking any measurements but my waist went down from a 33 down to a 30.
i fit into the same shirts though, but now is all muscle.

i didn't expect such dramatic outcome but believe me when i say that i worked like a fuckin slave while on this cycle.

1 week to go.

i'm 26 years old. my first cycle was at 19 (a very ill-informed cycle) so i dont count it. the last one was 3 years ago.

these last 9 weeks have been BY FAR the hardest weeks of my life.
 
Great results Satch! Basically you lost 14 lbs of fat and replaced them with 14 lbs of muscle.

Could you post your diet and a more detailed sample of your workout routine? I'm sure many would be interested in duplicating your regiment!

diet was quite simple... lots of protein, moderate carbs, low fat.

a typical meal would consist of 40g protein, 20g carbs, 10g fat, with exception to pre and post workout meal when i'd typically have and additional 50g carbs pre and 50g carbs post. 5-6 meals a day.

there's no question that i owe the dramatic cutting results toa very strict diet and the addition of a hardcore a.m cardio jump rope routine on efedrine. 1 set of 100 jumps, then i'd rest for one minute and go on to set 2 then rest for a minute.... 10 sets of 100 reps in total. equals roughly 18-20 minutes total time. i did a.m cardio at least 4 times a week. after a.m cardio i immedately pounded a protein shake and a half hour later the usual meal routine.

my carb intake some days ended 2 meals before bedtime. so at around 8p.m i'd have a high protein low fat meal no carbs, another meal like that at 11p.m and then sleepy sleep. but not every night was like that i must admit.

it was a standard procedure to have 35g whey powder by my bed and when i awoke in the middle of the night to piss, i'd pound it and go back to sleep.

supplements:

ala (3 times a day at 500mg a pop)
multi vitamin twice a day
vitamin c

persistency, determination, and discipline were the key. and in these last 9 weeks i only had 1 cheat day!!!!

it was hard and WELL worth it!
