sust dbal EQ interval question

to start
500 mg sust
400 mg EQ

do i take it all the same day???? or do i take one injection at the beginning of the week and the other at the end of the week or the next day????

i know when to take dbal. and i was planning on takin both the EQ and Sust evey 5 days, so say i start tomorrow,

do i just load up 2 needles and inject then do the same 5 days from then or do i take them on different days????? thanx for your help.. only my second cycle...


oh by the way I LOVED MY WINNIE DECA STACK.. cant wait to do it again unless i fond better gains in somethign ellse.

Try 2x a week. For example 250mg of sust on monday and 200mg of eq on monday (you can mix them in the same syringe just fine) then Thursday 250mg of sust and 200mg eq again. Total of 500mg of sust a week and 400mg of eq a week.
