After 13 months out of action with shoulder tendonosis issues I got cleared to start easing myself back into action in another 6 or 7 days.
Plan is, next 8 months will be used to get back into the game slowly and carefully. Starting with baby weights to really let the shoulders acclimate to training.
May 1 next year I am planning my "comeback" cycle. However, this time im not going my usual route which is just mass and holding 16-18% bf. In the avatar i was 269. Got up to 280 before shoulders had enough.
I have been on a journey towards single digit Bf% since april. Down to 222 as of this morning. Top 4 abs becoming visible.
This time I will not start any AAS until I am at least 8 or 9% bf. I never use an AI because I'm not gyno prone. But this time I want to keep water off. Going for dry as possible and shredded.
So in light of my goals I am going with sust as it is my all time favorite. Plus adding Primo this time. Never tried it, always wanted to.
My preliminary plan is 12-16 weeks.(probably 16) Since it will be apx 20 months since i have touched AAS at the planned start time I want to take advantage of fresh receptors and go with just enough to do what I need done. So i'm thinking:
***weeks 1-16, Sust @ 375mg wk. (split in two obviously going up to 500mg if gains taper off)
***weeks 1-16, Primo @ 450 wk. (600mg wk if budget permits)
Unleashed throughout, N2guard throughout, HCG, Aromasin @ 12.5mg eod likely, few other things I cant think of atm.
Also plan on having a few pounds of super plasma protein on hand to add a few (capped in 000) to each meal. Or just buy an assload of "gear" to run 15 caps ed. Whichever is more economical at the time.
Plan is to just have the test onboard at 375 for just a little better than a nice base. Then really concentrate on diet and training and see what the primo gives me.
Atm, i am thinking of starting 500 cals over maintinence and 250g carbs instead of <100 currently. Will adjust all this based on visual bf% anyways.
All still in planning stages anyways.
