Suspended GM's

Whenever you guys do suspended GM's, and you say like 44inches, what exactly is the 44 inches, the height from the ground to the bar? I measured how far down i go today, and its about 32 inches normally and i'm 5 feet 7 inches tall. Just curious because I wanted to start doing those this week, but 40+ inches seemed kinda high. Thanks

Yes, distance from the floor. We usually do 36" and we range from 5'9" to 6'3".

alright thanks spatts unfortunately my squat rack sucks and the pin holes are spaced like, 12 inches apart so i either have to do 32 inch, or 40 inch right now, until i get some chains thanks!!!!
