Sus and Winny cycle/ some advice please.

I am half way through my third week of a sus and winny cycle:

Week 1- 250 sus
week 2- 250 sus 50mg winstrol depot eod
week 3- 250 sus 50mg winstrol depot eod
week 4- 250 sus 50mg winstrol depot eod
week 5- 250 sus 50mg winstrol depot eod
week 6- 50mg winstrol depot eod
week 7- 50mg winstrol depot eod

This is my first cycle. My stats are 5'10 189 pounds. I started at 178 but I have been training and eating a min of 3500 calories ed. Any advice would really help me out. I have been reading everybody else's posts everyday for weeks, I just finally stopped being cheap and baught a membership. Thanks for the help....
 
What kind of advice are you looking for bro ? It sounds like your doing pretty good to me, and off some very moderate doses. Keep at it

should I increase the sus to maybe 6 or 7 weeks and extend the winny 2weeks as well. I guess I am asking this because I am half way through and I feel like I could use a bit more. (Oh and I do know how to spell bought)
 
You are running such a low dose that I would run the sustanon for atleast 8 weeks and run the winstrol till week 9 which will give you a little overlap while the test clears the system, then start PCT.

Also I would bump the winstrol to 50mg ed to actually notice any benfits from the winstrol. The test dosage is good for a first cycle.
 
def run the sust out ten weeks and running the winny right along side it.

i assumer since ur doing 50mgs eod its inject? i would st\witch to 50mgs ed if i had the orals.


cycle looks good to blow up and get shredded as well.


how clean is that 3500 cals diet?
 
one thing I have seen on this site is the first recamanded cycle is allways high.500mg or more.lol

my first cycle 8 years ago was like 300mg deca a week and I got grate gains from it.

youre first cycle dos not need to be much at all.
 
My 3500 calories are pretty clean.

meal one: XXX gain/ 1000 calorie shake 8 grams of fat 20 grams of sugar

meal two: Chicken breast brown rice and beans

meal three: Chicken breast, brown rice, avacado

meal four: Muscle milk

meal five: post workout- muscle milk

meal six: Chicken or fish w/ brown rice and vegies.

I have definetly lost some body fat, and already have everyone at work asking me why I am wearing children's clothing.(time for some new shirts)

My only problem has to be the fact that I am feeling like a stabbing victim w the eod winny. Isnt staying on winny for 9 weeks pretty hard on the liver?
 
so ur shooting the winny?

i would run the winny and the test for 8 weeks and end it there... but 10 weeks would be better... nething over 12 is unneccesary IMHO
