Ok i have a buddy that is getting his shoulder opped on in a while because he has a torn rotator cuff basically, the most inner muscles are almost completely torn as well as the tendon, hes gonna be lucky if he doesnt tear the fucking thing completely, anyway. He wants to be back in the gym asap since this is gonna be a big lay off (docs were saying he'll be in a sling for a month minimum) So i was thinking some growth and test to speed up recovery. He's in his mid 40's if it matters, let me know what you bros think, he said hes willing to do and take anything it takes to get back in the gym as fast as possible.
