most definately....if he's still in contact with you via email he's obviously run into supply problems which can happen....I once waited 2.5 months for an order with a well known domestic guy....his supplier for what I wanted ran into problems.....just be patient and don't ruin a good rep without giving him the benefit of the doubt....

if it was a runner that was busted and not your guy then i wouldn't say he scammed at all. cant blame him for laying low. and i agree with gilly.

The downside of prematurely labeling someone a scammer is that if it turns out he is not a scammer then you would have ruined his reputation for nothing. If you don't buy his story about his runner getting busted then simply ask him to return your money and see what he says. If he's unwilling to do so then chances are he's a scammer. The sources I know that run into unforeseen supply problems always offer to return my funds if I don't want to wait it out.

He's not a scammer as long as he delivers the goods. If it takes a long time, then he's just a shitty source, and you should find a new one.

Nothing should take a month, no matter where it's shipped from, but you can't post him as a scammer unless you never receive.
