i just started yesterday and today im worn out, sleepy as hell.

are you guys chewing it, it had the same effect on me before I started chewing them. I was getting sleepy and always tired, now that I chew them I get a good pump and alot of energy. If that doesn't work you could always take it along side ECA, use moderated dosages. I have taken ECA and Superclen at the same time andit gave me good pump too.
