Water is the most obvious answer. If your urine is bright yellow it is just your body excreting water soluable vitamins such as the B's and you should not worry about it. If it is very cloudy and dark, then your kidneys are not hydrated enough and are under some stress. Cranberry will not fix this problem, it will only adjust the PH of the urinary tract.
I can't help but wonder if this post on "yellow urine" would have gotten over 300 post if it would have been by a bro. (No offense Supergirl, just an observation.)
But, the bro's have rehashed the same advice and it's all sound.
1) Drink more water
2) Could be your multi-vitamins
3) See a Dr.
