whats goin on fellas
just getting back into the swing of things..took 4 months off for a torn labrum and then a broken hand..im just getting back into my groove. before i went down i completed 3 cycles over a year went from 185 to 225 was beastin then a football injury ended the gym up till about a month ago..now that im back in havent really been caught up on what is out here now-a-days for supps. i am looking for something similar to winny but nothing wit tren as I am gyno prone. any suggestions. currently running lipoflame n protien only. right now im sitting at 200 kept decent size as i ate clean when i was out so i didnt turn into a slob...looking to maybe drop down to 190 185 n just shred..diets in check droppin 400-500 cals when i decide to go in for the cut just lookin for that extra little boost/hardner
