Plat is worth it, it is an investment. You could buy a book for a good amount of money which will be outdated very quickly or you can buy a plat which is an endless and constantly up to date source of info.

Being plat has its advantages, but i've been here a long time and it sucks if for one reason or another I decide not to be plat anymore and I cannot search for my own posts because the search function is worthless unless your plat. Just my take on it.

How about, when a noob hits 100 posts they automatically get a free week Plat trial. That way they can see what they are missing. They would get an email congratulating them on their firts 100 posts and get rewarded.

They already have something along those lines plus i think you get free plat for a week or month on the anniversary for when you signed up. Not exact on those details though.

and have the JAVA enable it to show you who is viewing a thread

When A word like deca,test,pct,sustain alpha. any compound or products and a lot of others things is typed out in a post. It should become a direct link to a definition.

I see this on a lot of others sites. This will help newbs get a lot of info and better understand what people are talking about.
