What does everybody use for filler between meals cause my grocery bill is $1200 a month buying steak chicken and fish! I want to eat clean and I think protein bars are filled with shit. Any good ideas snack or other.. Think though I would get ill eating cans of dry tuna....1 a day is ok though..
