I'm glad that there are other palces to get powder, but it seems like no other ug knows about it except for the person who posted.

I don't beleive this is a scare tactic at all. We all read the article of G*k*'s boss who was hauled out in handcuffs, the chinese are taking their factories seriously now, for at least the time being. Several chinese guys up and ran with peoples' money, others are refusing to ship anywhere right now. So while I do hope things change soon, I personally am not counting on it.
