If I was cutting I would dedicate at least one of those days to some hardcore/fun cardio (is there such a thing?). For now, I have made Saturday my grip/forearm day. It is fun as hell and doesn't really get in the way of recovery.

My schedule is 2 on 1 off 3 on.......so, my off days vary. HATE it when it's M-F cause I'm sitting in my office all day and need a release.....don't mind it as much on the weekend cause I fill the void with other shiznit......
