Bros I'm coming back into the game after years off form BBing, really lifted weight in high school and then became a runner after came 1st in a charity event run, I did some marathons for a few years on the weekends with decent results and really forgot about adding mass, just worried about performance. Running was always fun but a debilitating knee injury has me back in the gym just working upper body again. I'm cool with putting my running days to rest for the while and just concentrate on adding mass for a few years. I'm not good enough to like win it all, but it was fun just to be competitive at least and finish every race.
