Hey, bros... the posts have been low the past month while I was in AK on a construction job... We finished the job and now I have a week off. I will probably finish the summer at home. I'll put my personal traininer's certification to good use. I just can't take being away from all my elite bros... not to mention my future wife

Anyways, I'll continue to comb through and look for those questions that have gone unanswered and throw in little info tidbits where I can. I'll also be able to get back to quicker email replies...

regarding your other post, we now have the ability to see exactly which moderators are online at any given time, I really think it would be a good idea to keep some statisticks and let us know every week which mod was online and for how long during this week....I am sure there are a few mods that can't even remember there is a bb board called Elite Fitness where they are supposed to be the mods...
and George please, once more, STEW for mod!
