I wanted to address a few comments that are often mentioned but never debated.
Something that is often asked when someone is concocting a cycle is ; "What are your goals?" I never got this. The goal is to build muscle!!! What do you think he's going to say? If they have something specific like "I want 22" arms", what does it matter? People will get the result they get. The training and diet will do the most. There are no magical gear combinations that create different results. They're just different levels of results.
Of course, one may say, "well, there are bulking cycles and there are cutting cycles. "
NO THERE AREN'T.
Muscle growth is muscle growth. Bulking or cutting comes from calories ingested minus calories expended. Unless you're talking about water gain. Which leads us to the next stereotype...
Using drugs to lose water.
Stupid, stupid, stupid. Jeezuschriss folks how hard is it to sweat and pee? Wear a sweat belt when you train. Drink lots of water. Use DEFINITION, the herbal diuretic. That's all you need to lose excess water within a day or two. But no, you'll still see guys recommneding nolvadexx which hinders gains, increases LDL and kills libido. That's like using a guillotine to cure a headache.
Here's another one -- what's the best stimulent?
Read the ingredients. They all contain similar stuff, usually caffeine. It isn't like any company has their own special form of caffeine. Go with the cheapest, or with one that's a sponser to support the site. When someone says they got jacked off of this and that it's all perception. Caffeine is caffeine. That's why ZIP is caffeine free. You can add it to anything.
And I would like this to be the last time it's mentioned but I'm sure it won't be. People MUST learn what drugs aromatize and which don't. An anti e is counterproductive to use with a drug that doesn't aromatize -- that includes Primmo, Winnee, E..Q. Anavarr and Proviron.
Also... DECCA SIDES ARE NOT ESTROGEN RELATED! You'd think after 20 years of repeating this it'd get through.
And one more thing. I know anti prolactins are all the rage but they are not safe and it's irresponsible to recommened them to somebody when you don;t even know if that's their problem. Besides, plain old ginsing is very good at combating prolactin.
We should all be a little more cautious and at least preface some suggestions with "MAYBE..."
That's it for now. I'm sure I'll think of more.
